These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Translaze ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of the Translaze iOS application, subscription service, and companion translation earbuds (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading the Translaze app, creating an account, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Translaze is an AI-powered real-time language translation service delivered through our iOS app paired with Translaze wireless earbuds. The Service provides:

Translaze requires a compatible iPhone running a supported version of iOS and Translaze-branded earbuds. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party earbuds or non-supported iOS versions. You are responsible for maintaining your device and keeping the app updated.
Access to Translaze features requires an active subscription. Subscription tiers, pricing, and included features are displayed in the App Store and within the Translaze app. We reserve the right to modify subscription plans with advance notice.
All subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable subscription interval (monthly or annual). We do not directly handle your payment card information.
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged. Trial eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
We may change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price increases. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.
Translaze is licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless you have entered into a separate commercial agreement with us. You may use the Service to translate speech in real time for lawful personal communication purposes.
You agree not to use Translaze to:
All content, technology, software, trademarks, trade names, and intellectual property within the Translaze app and Service are owned by or licensed to Translaze. The name "Translaze," our logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of Translaze.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Translaze app on your personal iPhone device solely for your personal use as permitted by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Translaze, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Translaze uses AI-powered machine translation technology. While we strive to deliver accurate and natural-sounding translations, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any translation for any particular purpose.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Translaze and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your license to use the Translaze app immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Translaze, not Apple, Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services for Translaze. To the extent applicable, your use of the Service is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the email associated with your account or through a prominent in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
